The Annual Reunion 2009 was another great success. Prof. Wilkinson’s talk was thoroughly informative and enjoyable, although some may have winced at seeing pictures of themselves in the Physics Department 6-a-side cricket or football teams. And the technology actually worked for once so we could all enjoy seeing his presentation on the screen.

Afterwards John Brockhouse, our current Chair (but only for one more year, as he reminded us all) kept the formalities of the Annual AGM short and to the point. Lunch in the Garden Room was excellent. Pencil the Annual Reunion 2010 in your diaries now - it’s the first Saturday in October.
