The draft minutes of the QEC Association AGM 2003 are available as a small PDF file. The document is a draft as the minutes cannot be formally accepted unitl the AGM in 2004.

The Constitution, which has been rewritten and was approved at the 2003 AGM, is available here for download (it is a small, 23kb, PDF).
